Holger is a consultant and works especially with management teams, organizational development coaching. He has experience as a teacher in the subject Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Copenhagen.

Seeing what other people develop is what drives Holger. One can even describe him as a nerdy generalist, as he in addition to his psychology professionalism, wants to know a little about everything.

Holger has studied psychology and has in his thesis investigated the extent to which it is possible to achieve an individual sense of meaning in an organizational context.
