Nina is particularly concerned about the impact that leadership has on the outside world – both towards co-leaders, colleagues, and the organization. She is passionate about making leadership more transparent and inclusive, while still providing a strategic direction for the leader. As a consultant and mentor, Nina helps clients balance these considerations. She has extensive and elaborate experience as a leader in the tension between public administration and interest-policies.
Through her previous work experience, she has gained a profound organizational understanding and is highly practice within personnel management. Nina has experience with implementation and follow-up of work environment surveys, reorganization processes and has been involved in the development of management training. She is well equipped in facilitating group processes. In addition, Nina has a good knowledge and understanding for the university and college sector in Norway.
Parallel with her work at Mobilize, Nina is training in HR and personnel management.
