Julie has a broad set of skills within management and organizational psychology, with an emphasis on memory-based leadership, personal leadership, guidance for managers, and HR management. She has experience as a co-ordinator and facilitator of a number of leadership development projects, primarily in the Norwegian higher education sector. She also focuses heavily on building strong, trusting relationships with the people she works with, customers and colleagues alike.
In particular, personal leadership as a foundation of leadership development, and the effect managers have when interacting with others — including management groups, teams, colleagues, and their surroundings — are of interest to Julie. As a facilitator and guide, she wishes to contribute to creating meaning in a way that links and develops an individual's leadership to the direction of the organization's goals. In her work, Julie has a passion for offering new perspectives that produce power of action and engagement.
